  7. Designs

When ordering personalized clothing, the customer is solely in charge of the designs he sends; we don't support political causes or issues based on the designs, and the customer is liable for any issues the design may cause.

  1. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  2. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval.

    • It may take 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to the customer’s bank account.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Customized products or items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.

  4. How to Request a Refund

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹500. A flat ₹50 shipping charge applies to orders below this amount.
